Accounting periods
In the GENERACJA.pl network the Internet access service is provided with one of three accounting periods:
to 3rd Period calculated from the first to the last day of the calendar month with payment due by the third;
e.g. payment due 3.5 for the period 1-31.5to 13th Period calculated from the eleventh day of a given month to the tenth day of the following calendar month with payment due by the thirteenth;
e.g. payment due 13.5 for the period 11.5-10.6to 23rd Period calculated from the twenty-first day of a given month to the twentieth day of the following calendar month with payment due by the twenty-third;

GENERACJA.pl is a nationwide network, providing services in the Internet, defined in English as Internet Service Provider. The network was established in reply to unusually rapidly developing Internet market in Poland. Our head office is located in Wrocław, but thanks to nationwide distributor network we render our services to companies and institutions in the whole country.
Szkielet miejski sieci GENERACJA.pl składa się ze światłowodów zapewniających szybkość 40 Gb/s i 100 Gb/s. Całość obsługują urządzenia sieciowe firm Hewlett Packard, Cisco, Dell oraz DCN. Dla zwiększenia niezawodności, infrastruktura połączona jest ze szkieletem międzymiastowym w kilku punktach oraz posiada połączenie międzymiastowe z Poznaniem, Krakowem i Warszawą oraz punktami międzynarodowej wymiany danych w Pradze i Frankfurcie.
Posiadamy też bardzo dużą liczbę punktów wymiany ruchu z lokalnymi wrocławskimi operatorami, co skutkuje obniżonymi czasami dostępu („pingami”) dla połączeń lokalnych.
